Ryan B. Bowers is an attorney at Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Indianapolis, Indiana, where his practice focuses on all aspects of construction law, including surety and green building. Ryan’s litigation experience includes handling complex litigation matters, including class actions and arbitrations, before federal and state courts. In addition, Mr. Bowers has handled appeals before the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, and various federal appellate courts.
In addition to construction matters, Ryan has handled contract disputes, antitrust claims, environmental liability, insurance coverage, product liability, false advertising, and creditors’ rights matters. Ryan also represents clients with emerging technology and internet related legal issues.
Ryan’s construction practice draws on years of hands-on experience in the construction field, including estimation, project management, and installation of mechanical construction systems, which predates his legal career, and makes him uniquely suited to respond to the issues facing professionals in the construction industry.
Ryan is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois state courts, as well as federal courts throughout Indiana and in the northern district of Illinois.
